At Viktor&Rolf, we strive for perfection in every creation; however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 14 days of receipt. All returns must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags and security seals intact.

Initiate Your Return

Log in to your account or access our online return portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original Viktor&Rolf packaging and include the completed return form to ensure your request is processed accurately.

Affix the Label

Attach the pre-paid shipping label provided in your original shipment to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous delivery labels are covered.

Ship and Refund

Drop off your package at the designated courier location; once our atelier inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
